About Violet

Herbal Specialist & Practical Wellness Advocate

My Story

I worked in an office for years. I was a dispatcher, a procurement specialist, a controller, an IT developer, a project manager—and finally, I became the head of IT at a large corporation. I know exactly what a stressful workday feels like. When you have to stay focused, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure. If this happens too often, your body reacts: headaches, fatigue, tense muscles, declining concentration, and high blood pressure. Sound familiar? I went through all of this too. And when I realized I needed to make a change, I turned to medicinal plants. I never set out to become a phytotherapist. At first, I was just looking for solutions for myself. But the deeper I delved into the topic, the more I realized: medicinal plants are not miracle cures, but they are excellent self-care tools.

I want to inspire you to integrate herbal natural treasures into your daily life! No matter how busy your day is, there’s always a simple, natural solution that can help or at least ease your problems.

Personal Life

I’m Hungarian, and nature has always played a central role in my life. My husband and I live on a small farm surrounded by animals, fruit trees, and medicinal plants. Swimming has also been a part of my life—it helps me recharge, much like being close to nature does. I began working seriously with herbs more than fifteen years ago to improve my own health and later completed both intermediate and advanced-level herbal medicine certifications. What started as a path to personal healing has turned into a lifelong journey—one that blends knowledge, intuition, and a deep passion for natural remedies.

“A moment of care. A small act of kindness. It could be a cup of tea, a scent, or a simple gesture. Anything that quietly says: “I’m taking care of you.” That’s what real herbal self-care is all about.”
